It starts with you!

Most of the things you will see here on my blog, you will have already heard. I am a bachelor prepared nurse who is frustrated with the status quo concerning health care. I am going to share what I know about certain health conditions, and educate you about how to take care of yourself. I am not a doctor, I will not diagnose health problems, nor will I prescribe any treatments or medications. I will give you evidence based education about health problems and my opinion about alternative therapies. Remember it starts with you, You are your biggest advocate when it comes to your healthcare.
